Pixel8 has an opening for Admin/HR Manager whose primary tasks are to ensure that the office is operationally efficient and effective. Responsible for setting strategic human resource and administrative direction; providing a perspective on professional and personal growth and expansion of each employee.

Responsibility

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality
  • Coordination of company’s activities
  • Maintenance of personnel files and forms
  • Coordination of benefits administration and staff compensation
  • Work with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training
  • Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office policies
  • Research and recommend relevant insurance products and safekeeping of files

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of office management principles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field (e.g. Human Resource/Organizational Development or Business Administration)
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organizational planning and development
  • Basic knowledge in accounting and taxation
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS programs
  • Must be accurate and efficient, confident in performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-today activities
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical skills, good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
